I just found out about a diet called the Russian Gymnast Diet.
It allows you to eat 200 calories a day from fruit mostly.
I'm thinking of trying it out for a couple weeks. The average weight loss for this diet is anywhere from 4-11 pounds PER WEEK!!
I''m definitely hoping for 11... or more ;]
School starts on the 26th, which is about a week and a half away. If I'm going to do this diet, I need to start right now.
If anyone wants to do this with me and support each other, I'm always up for it!
I've been eating a lot less lately. until about 7:00 this evening, I had consumed only 32 calories.
Then I kinda messed it up...
I had 3 fiber one bars [420]
Half of a chicken salad with spicy ranch [estimated 600]
I had definitely burned off the 32 calories by this time, as I ate them before I cleaned my house and went to work at about 1:00
So, In all I ate about 1,020 calories today.. Definitely not my best... But I think it has something to do with coming home from work...
My brain thinks it deserves all this food after working for four hours... Oh well, I guess. It's definitely less than I used to eat.
So we'll see how this Russian Gymnast Diet thing goes =]
