Sorry I didn't post at all yesterday. My sister was like constantly over my shoulder. She has been kind of suspicious for a couple weeks now... I think I've convinced her that there's nothing going on, though.
So it's 1:00 and I've only had a cup of caffeinated coffee today. I don't count caffeine calories since they're speeding up the metabolism, so they'll be burned off shortly after consumption.
I was gonna boil some eggs and only eat the whites.. 20 calories each.. so I was gonna have eight or nine[160 or 180]
They have 4.7 grams of protein per white, and protein helps your body to burn 60% more calories by itself.
I think Imma take a nap first, though. I had to wake up early-ish this morning so that me and boyfriend could take little sister to the school and show her where all her classes are. lol she's starting high school and is a bit frightened.
Oh, memories memories.
