Dear Ana,

I was doing really well until my sister brought home chips and queso...
I had like a bowl of chips with a small bowl of queso. Which wouldn't have been so bad if I had just stopped there... But, oh, no.

Then I had leftover spaghetti, and after that I had like three of my boyfriends fries.

I'm betting that was over 600 calories. So my grand total for today is 882.7.
I hate this.

Plus, when I weighed myself at the gym today, I was back up to 172... I don't know what the hell happened. Like I said in my previous post... It's time to go Nazi on myself. No exceptions, no options, no leeway.

I greatly dislike seeing the 170s... By Monday, I WILL be to my second goal. Even if it means that I don't eat a thing all weekend...

Actually, that's a good idea. I'm going to go for a 3 day fast, give or take 1 or 200 calories here and there to keep the family off my trail.

And congratulations on reaching double digits! I totally knew you could do it, and you did and I'm very very proud of you =]

  2. It's not an irreversible process so don't beat yourself up too much about it. Tomorrow is a new day and there is always something you can do to change direction and get back on track. Hope all goes well for you lovely :) x
