Dear Ana,

I'm tired as fuck, and today at lunch, some stupid bitch hit us getting off the freeway.
Thus, my back is having muscle spasms that hurt like a bitch, and I now have had to get a shit ton of prescriptions like muscle relaxers and some anti-inflammatory shit.

It hurts =/

I also need to not sleep so much. I can hardly go seven hours without sleep, or feeling extremely tired. I don't know why, it's just how it's been for about two years now.

I've had one piece of cherry pie today [450]
This was two hours ago, so I'm down to 302 calories and I'm not gonna eat anything too major until I'm securely in the negatives. I weighed at the doctor today, and with clothes on, and my phone in my pocket, I weighed 185... Even though I know I, myself, weigh less than that, I couldn't help but become a little discouraged.

I really want this to work, but with my back injury, I don't see how I can work out. Even walking slowly hurts like a motherfucker. I guess I just need to make sure I'm staying in the negatives and I'll hopefully be okay. I just hope to high heaven that when this back injury shit is over i don't get on the scale and find out I've gained another fifty thousand pounds...

Maybe if I say it enough, it will make it happen lol...

    I've always needed a lot of sleep too.

    Doctors weigh-ins are always discouraging because we're so used to weighing in early in the morning and for me minimal clothing on :P

    I hope your back heals quickly!
