ABC Diet!

March 3rd is my favorite day of the year, so I'm starting there.. Time to get ready for bikini season:

Day 1: 500
Day 2: 500
Day 3: 300
Day 4: 400
Day 5: 100
Day 6:200
Day 7: 300

 
2nd Week

Day 8: 400
Day 9: 500
Day 10: ~fast~
Day 11: 150
Day 12: 200
Day 13: 400
Day 14: 350

3rd Week - Work a little harder...

Day 15: 250
Day 16: 200
Day 17: ~fast~
Day 18: 200
Day 19: 100
Day 20: ~fast~
Day 21: 300

4th Week - Don't give up!

Day 22: 250
Day 23: 200
Day 24: 150
Day 25: 100
Day 26: 50
Day 27: 100
Day 28: 200

5th Week - You made it this far.. keep on pushing!

Day 29: 200
Day 30: 300
Day 31: 800
Day 32: ~fast~
Day 33: 250
Day 34: 350
Day 35: 450

6th Week - Finish out the month.. You can do this!

Day 36: ~fast~
Day 37: 500
Day 38: 450
Day 39: 400
Day 40: 350
Day 41: 300
Day 42: 250

7th Week - You're almost there! Bone is Beauty. Bones are Beautiful.

Day 43: 200
Day 44: 200
Day 45: 250
Day 46: 200
Day 47: 300
Day 48: 200
Day 49: 150

And just push it one last day....

DAY 50 : ~fast~

K now, on to my boring life.
I managed to eat only healthy foods yesterday.
I ate Subway, on wheat bread, and later last night I had a chicken salad.
That's all i ate yesterday!

I WILL get my control back, and this ABC diet will be the perfect way to push myself to the limit!
I'm excited =]

And now, some Thinspo to get the ball rolling!

  3. Thank you! Your right, it's not a race, I just wanted to be under 100Ibs cause it's my 18th birthday next week - But your right as long as I'm losing something!
