Dear Ana,

Sorry I wasn't able to post yesterday. Right as I began typing, boyfriend rang the doorbell lol.
So I'll update.
Yesterday started off well
I ate a 100 calorie special K fruit crisp thingy..
Then a bowl of assorted cereals
Go Lean! = 190
Go Lean! Crunch = 140
Frosted Mini Wheats = 200
Soy Milk = 135

Then, I stopped for a little while...

Smoothie = 125

And I thought I was doing sooo well... But then...

Six slices of Lemon-pepper chicken = 300-ish?
Four slices of smoked gouda = 360
Minestrone Soup = 200

Whole day == 1650

YIKES!!!

However, I also burned 703 calories at the gym, so that makes my total 947...

Still awful. I did manage to get into the negatives for a few glorious hours. They did not last long.
Today I haven't eaten, and it's looking like it's going to have to stay that way...
The whole binge yesterday started with that stupid 100 calorie snack.
One bite leads me to failure, therefore, I must not partake.

I didn't finish the smoothie, but i couldn't subtract any calories because after I drank some, I couldn't be quite sure how much was even there, so if I decide I absolutely need something today, I'll finish the smoothie and not add anything since the calories for that are still in my calculator. I put it in the freezer so it'll be more like eating ice cream than drinking anything, which should help.

I'll probably be having one of my multiple-post days, so if you want to avoid such horror, you guys should post enough so that I always have something to read lol.

  1. oh myyyyy that's a good burn at the gym! (: i'm jealous! the cereals all don't seem to high in sugar so maybe not too many grams of fat.

    i looooove the indie thinspo! really inspires me (: i wanna wear little tiny floral dresses...

    one bite leads to another for me as well, it's like i just step out of my brain and my mouth and hands keep going. we both need to work on that lol.
