Dear Ana,

I've been relatively good today =]
I'm currently at 329
I managed to get into the negatives earlier today, so that's lovely.
I got up this morning and went to the gym like I'm supposed to be doing every day... I didn't go sunday or yesterday, though. And for that I am naughty.
Periods suck.
I hate how much water I retain when I'm on it.
It's like I balloon up and then feel crampy and yicky and grumpy until it decides to leave me alone.
Like I said, they suck.
I feel like that low number was too easy to achieve... Every other day, my numbers have been so high up, and this morning while I was at the gym I even added a few calories to my actual number to make it feel more realistic... And yet I'm still at a low as hell number...
I'll have burned off all those calories within a few hours just by sitting here
Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy about this number... It's just like I said, it seems too easy...
But oh well. I should just be happy lol

  4. Well done on your low cal intake. I always try to eat as little as possible in the morning so that i can have more in the evening because thats when i crave food. That way i stay within my limit. Congrats on gym going btw, i coulsnt be bothered to go today x

    I'm the same way with having my back to a large open space. I think maybe it's a leftover survival tactic from caveman times.

  6. Nice intake! That's awesome :) And well done on going to the gym! It always takes me a while to get there haha. But don't be hard on yourself for not going everyday, it's good to give your body a couple days to recuperate :) Doing well darling! ;D
