Dear Ana,

Today's intake: Leftover Chinese food from yesterday [300 *there was NOT much left*]
1 apple
6 sticks of Jicama root
1 corn cob.

That's IT =]
I'm so happy right now I could just break my jaw smiling lol
Mother and I went out for a day of shopping =]
We went to a craft store, and *for fun* a cute little pet store
I wanted to go to the Equestrian Center, but we found out that you have to pay to get in. I only wanted to see my friesians... [favorite horse in the entire world]
 But I didn't know whether or not there would even be a stable, so we figured that paying to go in and look around for ten or twenty minutes wasn't worth it lol.
Then we went to Whole Foods [it's a natural food store for those who don't know about it] and bought a SHIT LOAD of veggies and fruits and all kinds of yummy organic things =]
Most of them are negative calorie foods, too.
And all very healthy.

And, I got these pills that are supposed to do like everything. They're called "Lipodrene" and I took the first one today. So we'll see if any rapid weight loss occurs lol.
I'm excited to try everything. The Rice Diet, and the diet pills and I'm GOING to go the gym every day next week.
i should have gone today, but we had so many errands to run. I know I could go now, but it's getting late and mother is a VERY light sleeper, so if I got home at ten at night, she [and my dogs for that matter] would definitely wake up. And she has a hard time getting back to sleep once she's awake.
I usually go early in the morning when she has to get up anyway, not at night when she's supposed to be relaxing and falling asleep.

So I'll go early in the day tomorrow
